Q: Can a Allergic reaction cause Vertigo

My My wife has an extreme allergic reaction we believe to English walnut trees. She develops sever Vertigo nausea and general sickness. Enough to put her in bed for sometimes several days. My question is it an allergic reaction or something possible more serious. melkayh
