my 20 months old kid had a sudden appearence of small blister like on her knees

my 20 month old kid had sudden appearence of small patchy blisters on her knees and it started spreading as small spots on her trunk and leg but to only to the right side of  her bod, thought she is not complaining about any itch or pain.. what can be the reason for this? can it be becouse of any medicine allergy? as she was taking nebulisation and antibiotics for cold, cough and fever  for six days before getting this blisters.. please answer me as i am worried a lot about it...
