In a MCS IgE allergy test report, what does the Asorbance level mean?

This is the second round of testing in five years and there was a mix up in timing but I received the testing results but the technician was not prepared for explanation because they did not have my serum ready. Rather than wait for another week, I was wondering if anybody else knew what this term meant.
