Hi Buckett,   Sorry to hear you are suffering so. It's probably directly related to the pollen count, as hot, dry weather is when pollen levels are the highest. And August/September is when ragweed pollen is in the air. Ragweed is one of the most potent allergens around.   You should do everything you can to avoid pollen, such as staying indoors behind closed windows and air conditioning as much as possible, especially in the morning. If you must go outside, then change your clothes and shower when you do come indoors.   Allegra and Allegra D can both be effective allergy medicines, but they are not your only choice. If they're not doing the trick for you, you may want to talk to your doctor about other options. Perhaps a nasal steroid spray and / or antihistamine eye drops would be more effective.   To your health, Kathi
