Q: When should I see improvements from a food allergy after you have stopped eating milk and eggs?

How do you know that you are only allergic to milk and eggs?  Once the food allergen had been fully eliminated from your body (the time is different for different types of foods), you should start to see improvement. 

 

My guess is that you should notice within 2 weeks if your diet is working.  I had to eliminate quite a few foods before I had substantial improvement, though, so don't be discouraged if just eliminating the milk and eggs doesn't do it.
