The sking all over my body within the last three days became extremely dry, itchy and red. It is worse on my neck, face and eye area. I have a dry, scratchy throat and itchy nose as well as dry eyes. Nothing over the counter helps and I put on a lot of cream to help but in a little while I am all dry and itchy again. Help.
