i would think that something he's eating is obviously making the child vomit. you have to find a pattern. does the child vomit after every meal or is it after eating something specific. he can have an intolerance to one of the foods he's eating. you also need to see his pediatrician, he can assess the situation and send him for the appropriate tests he may need. as for him taking his medication when he remembers, it's not his responsibilty he is only 11, he needs to be reminded by an adult.
