I have developed a rash now for the second time in the same place. It is on my forehead and down between my eyebrows. I noticed a breakout next to my left eye on the temple portion. It is a rough rash and it is the second time it broke out in the same place.
Q: I have a red rash on my face mostly on my forehead, corner of my left eye and between my two eyes.
