I feed my pet rabbits Timothy hay and also have a strong allergy to Timothy grass.
From my understanding the allergy comes from the pollen of the grass. Since the hay can't produce the pollen, the pollen would be residual on the hay as the grass was cut to make it. Is that enough pollen to give an allergic reaction if one has a strong allergic reaction to Timothy Grass pollen?
