Hi Steve,   There is much about allergies that we still do not understand. However, it could be that you are not allergic to pollen, which is what the allergy sites are probably referring to as "bad" or not. Or at least not the pollen they are referring to. There are many different allergy triggers, and your exposure to them from day to day is probably what is affecting your symptoms.   Other common allergy triggers are mold spores (both indoor molds and outdoor molds), animal dander, saliva and urine, insect droppings, secondhand tobacco smoke, and dust mites. If any of those things still exist in your home or work environment, that could be the explanation for your symptoms.   Talk with your doctor about allergy testing and about modifying your allergy treatment to find the right combination for you.   To your health, Kathi
