now i have again this allergy skin rushes and very ichy.i think i got this from drinking soya milk.i tried already taking claritin but it doesnt work.i have this allergy 4 days now.what medicine do i need to take?please help me.thanks.....

Cathy,
First of all, please stop drinking soy milk if you haven't already! 
Also, you may find that Zyrtec (also available over the counter) works better for hives than claritin, as it has been specially approved for that. You could try applying a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream to your rash too (use it sparingly though; too much can be harmful). You can buy that over the counter as well.
If you aren't feeling better soon, you may want to see your doctor.
