The inside of one of my nostrils is red and raw. It almost has a moon surface look. Clear fluid comes out. What could this possibly be? I always have post nasal drip.

You may be suffering from Allergy Rhinitis. Allergy rhinitis is an inflammation of the nasal passage. Your post nasal drip may trigger you to cough or having nose block.
You can consider taking the newer antihistamine which is not sedating. It would be wise to seek medical help from the Ear Nose Throat specialist.
