You may be suffering from Allergy Rhinitis. Allergy rhinitis is an inflammation of the nasal passage. Your post nasal drip may trigger you to cough or having nose block. You can consider taking the newer antihistamine which is not sedating. It would be wise to seek medical help from the Ear Nose Throat specialist.
