Pseudoephedrine is the least important part of Drixoral, as that is still readily available, even with the clampdown because of the meth heads.  In fact I just bought a huge bottle of 30, 12 hour tabs of pseudophedrine not too long ago for next to nothing (NOT to be confused with its less effective cousin phenylephrine)   The ingredient that made Drixoral special and unique and effective is the dexbrompheniramine maleate, which is impossible to find.  BROMPHENIRAMINE IS possible to find, and even OTC, if you don't mind taking grape flavored kids' syrup (many Dimetapp formulations use bromphenirame) every 4 hours.    You could also spring for a prescription of LODRANE D, which lasts for 24 hours, and for me personally offers 95% of the same effectiveness that Drixoral did.
