I have been getting small itchy red bumps or dots, not in clusters but one here one there on back on calfs, feet, fingers, chest and buttocks  Been treating with prescription Lydex cream, but one bump semi disapears and another one appears. Itchy and red when scratched.  I try not to scratch.

Can you reccomend something orally.

Don't remember any of my family having this. This appeaed from one day to the next, I had never had anything like this before. I am otherwise a healthy 60 year old male. Help!
