NO SAUCES, (even tomatoe sauce may have milk) No icecreams, No breads, no salad dressings (because you don't know if they have used milk, cheeses or cream)  NO CAKES OR PASTRIES.

You can eat, any vegetables (with no cream sauce) stemed or grilled, grilled cooked meats, fish, etc with no sauces,  salads only with oil and vinegar (many dressings have milk products) fruits, (beans, lentils, legums etc some fruit pies.

I am wrestling with milk allergy too.  I recently discovered coconut milk which comes in a carton like milk....EXCELLENT.  Tastes like 2% milk,  much better than soy or hemp milk (yuck).  I use it in everything that I cook that calls for milk.  Great on cereal too.  Has a VERY mild coconut taste.  May be hard to find.  I buy "So Delicious" at Wegman's.  Hope this helps!

Hi - My 4 year old son has a milk, egg and nut allergy. We have used soy milk and other soy products to replace the milk products.  Whold Foods is a good store to purchase some of the harder to find soy products, like soy yogurt, soy cheese, and Earth's Balance butter that can be used as a substitute for regular butter or margarine.  The soy mik (I use Silk brand) also comes in flavors like vanilla and chocolate that taste great.

Hope this helps!
