Hello,   I still don’t know which plant causes it. I’m ok if I go to front yard for a short time wearing long sleeve top to cover my arms. I can wear shorts and flip-flops. The rash only occurs on my arms. I take allergy pills (Benedryl or other brands) immediately and it will go away. I've been careful and never let it get bad this year.   If the rashes get bad, you can take the pills and put on poison-oak lotion to curb the itch. Don’t scratch!!! It’ll spread. I get allergy pills and the poison-oak lotion from Walmart. It's always a good idea not to expose any wounds to the sun. I didn't get any scars or discoloration. I'm Asian.   Good luck!   Jean
