Hi Catherine,   You may want to phrase this as a question, so we are clearer on what you want to know. I'll take a guess, though, that you're asking if the rashes might be due to allergies. My answer is -- maybe. However, there is no way we can diagnose your husband over the Web.   Allergies do often cause rashes that are itchy, but they are not the only thing that can cause that. It would probably be a good idea for him to see his personal physician for an exam and evaluation of the rash.   Meanwhile, an over the counter cortisone cream may provide some relief from the itching.
