After I kiss my wife she feels itching in her lips/after I chewed vegetables it gradually turns red

I have a mysterious problem discovered when I kissed my wife immediately after she got iching in her lips and cause swelling in her lips although I had brushed my teeth before that. May I know what may be the reason? This has happened 2-3 times. I am very much worried. Please help. Another problem…
