increased allergies after allergy shots

itchy swollen eyelids, ear lobes itchy, itchy neck outbreaks, itchy hand and forearm area

About 9 months ago, I broke out with what I thought was an allergy to flavored coffee creamers. The neck area was red rashy and the face itched tremendously.
