swelling in the throat

yes i guess i maybe alleric to catfish it started 2yrs ago when i eat it my throat begins to swell even just a nibble of it gets to me

Itchy Throat

Of all the allergy symptoms I have, an itchy throat is the most bothersome for me. The only relief is when I can eat something and I cannot eat all day. Anyone have any suggestions? I am currently taking Claritin and it's not doing its job!
