pain left of the belly button

I just got a pain on the left side of the belly button, not severe, just a pain.  I have no appendix, so, I know that was on the right side.

Allergy first steps

I never experienced allergies until the spring of last year.  This year I would like to know what to do if and when my allergies come back.  Does anyone have any suggestions on first steps.
