Full Question:
Is a known trigger not sleeping at nightime? I seem to trigger my headaches if I do not go to bed at 10:00p.m. If I stay up later like 11p.m. I will have a migraine the next day or the following day. I am up at 6:15 a.m.
Do you have any literature on this trigger? Thank you, Rhoda.
