Self-adjusting your allergy meds may work best

New research suggests that patients who self-adjust their allergy meds to suit their symptoms may have better control than patients who stick to a defined schedule. Thai researchers found that when patients were instructed to take their nasal allergy spray according to the frequency and severity of their symptoms, they had fewer allergy symptoms and used less medication over the course of one month than patients who always took a full daily dose.  Read full story >
