Lemonade may help ease asthma

According to well-known doctors Mehmet Oz and Michael Roizen, lemonade and other citrus drinks may help protect the lungs from adult-onset asthma. They say that people who eat few citrus fruits, such as lemons, oranges, and grapefruit, are more likely to develop wheezing and other symptoms of asthma in adulthood. The link is probably vitamin C, which is found in citrus fruits.  Read full story >
