Kids who eat more than three hamburgers a week are more likely to develop asthma, a new study has found. But a Mediterranean-style diet, full of fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, and a lack of soda may help protect against asthma. The study of more than 50,000 children from rich and poor countries and found that diet was not related to the risk of allergies, but it was linked to the risk of asthma and wheezing.
