    Thanks so much for your post Doctor.  I think the toughest thing about facing these choices and decisions is accepting that the disease (or any kind of illness) is happening and could end badly.

     

    And when family is in pain - emotional and psychological - "duking it out" over who get the china is the quickest way to some relief.

     

    So yes plan, plan, plan where you can.  Just take some time as well, to stop and smell the roses.
