      <title>Friends &amp; Alzheimer's</title>
      <description>As much as I wanted to have my husband go to a facility during the day in the end I couldn&amp;#39;t follow through. It&amp;#39;s a wonderful place near our home and I know he would eventually really enjoy the company of others but right now he is so afraid to be away from me for any length of time. Our kids tell me that I just need to toughen up and do it but they live in England &amp;amp; Nevada and we are in Houston. Our friends don&amp;#39;t understand why...</description>

      <title>Husband never diagnosed &amp; Questions</title>
      <description>This is my first time on this site and i wish I had found it years ago. My husband is 68 and our doctor says he has dementia with alzheimers like symtoms. He&amp;#39;s been on aricept &amp;amp; namenda for several years, sometimes together and seperate. We have gone through the shoes in the frigerator, food in the closet, can&amp;#39;t recognize some relatives in pictures, can&amp;#39;t read the paper anymore and has trouble following tv shows, we watch allot...</description>
