    Thanks so much Craig.  Its great to see a bit more happening to help people with brain health.  For tips on "Maintaining Your Brain"  see the info from our partner - the Alzheimer's Assocaition Hotline.

     

    As well , you may want to read from someone who has been diagnosed and is living wih dementia.  Our Export Leah posts here often and write about "A Day in the Life of a Dementia Sufferer".
