    Hello Doctor and welcome to our Community!  I'm the moderator here and will be happy to help you with any questions or info you might need.  As well I'll try and strike up a conversation here and there - hoping some of our members will jump on board too!

     

    Brain Longevity sounds like something we all should be focused on.  I know I need to exercise more and cut a few "sugary" treats from my diet. I recently read this:

     

    A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums.  Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.

     

    Maybe I need more nuts!

    I think older people in nursing homes or assisted living should be playing some of
