    Thanks so much for your post.  It always strikes me at how easy it sounds to try and do what is good for us.  But like most things in application it gets a bit trickier.  And certainly with all that goes on in our daily lives, it can be harder and harder to keep oneself calm and well fed!

     

    Looking forward to reading how we all can apply these tips to our everyday actions and choices!
