    This is a very informative article.

     

    There are many kinds of meditation. I know that without my "quiet time" each morning, I would be too stressed to live my busy life in a calm, quality way. I get up early - early enough that many wonder about my sanity - but those quiet early hours are precious to me. Whether meditation includes prayer, listening for guidance, active meditation like breathing routines and mantras, or guided meditation, the practice seems to help many people stay calmer.

     

    For those in the arts, it's been said that one meets one's muse at 4 .a.m. That, I believe, falls in line with the above meditation.
