    Thanks for this wonderful post! I am a believer in nutrition, as well, and personally (I'm not a medical person) am a big believer in antioxidants. I've been reading about them for thirty years.

    NOT everyone knows what you have written.  And, even those of us who do know about the importance of nutrition need a refresher from time to time.  I am always getting "off the path".  Your post has helped put me back on the right path again... Thank you for reminding me of all I should be eating.
