You are not alone! Remember to pray, cat-nap, share, laugh, smile and hug yourself frequently!

Care for yourself & your loved one with faith, love, family & culture! I am a different kind of caregiver presently, but I did live with my mother and I know what it is like! I am now a long distance caregiver which coordinates her care and am still on 24/7 call. I know there are some long distance caregivers out there who still care for their families both psychologically and financially.
