Alzheimer's, caregiving for spouse
Teri Bailey has not shared any drug information.
I am the wife/caregiver of a man who was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's at the age of just fifty-five. Now, at sixty-five, he is well into the difficulties of this disease and I am into the stresses of caring for him while, at the same time, trying to salvage a bit of normal life for myself. Last year, I decided to take an early retirement from a career as a high school teacher in order to care for Dick, a decision that was definitely not a mistake. Still, the challenges are there for me and I welcome the community of others who are in my situation.
