On behalf of Chad Boult and our project team at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, thank you for your interest in Guided Care and your help raising awareness about it. If the results from our randomized controlled trial prove positive, we plan to broadly disseminate Guided Care throughout the American health care system during the next few years. Initial data are promising. Patients (and their families) really like Guided Care and say "it is like having a nurse in the family." Visit the ‘In the News' page of our website for future news and developments. We hope that Guided Care will soon be available to your mother and other people with medically complex health conditions. Thanks again.
