Excellent points, Dorian, especially those about the foods eaten and exercise habits of the study participants.

Studies come out that show many things, but generally it takes more tweaking and more studies on the subject before anyone can state that what was concluded in the first study is actually a proven fact. This study is interesting for many of us, however, even if we can't change our past.
