    This is a geat idea!  I wish I could have one right now ( and I'm not an alzheimer's caregiver but I have 3 kids under 4 and a husband!)

     

    I would agree that most people do not always realize the role stress plays on the physical self and it can just plain hurt.

     

    Thanks for the tip - I hope you get a great massage this Christmas.
