Walking Benefits for Alzheimer's

Dear Dorian,

 

Your dog, Zoe, sounds so cute, and having a "canine caregiver" to give us encouragements to get out there and walk helps a lot.  I have a lab mix and a papillon mix, both rescued, and I'm walking more because of them.  I'm not sure whether I rescued them or they rescued me!
