    Thanks Dorian for this great post.  I love to cook and this is certainly "food for thought" (sorry I had to say it!).

     

    I suppose how we cook is just one piece of the larger puzzle we all try to put together.  Balancing all of the facets is one of the keys to a strong, healthy mind and spirit.
