    Hi Dorian - I too hope that people step up and take responsibility.  I bet those leaving behind their loved ones aren't leaving behind any monies or possessions left them in a will!

     

    I remember reading your post about your mom's ashes and how you were so happy you had completed her final wishes.  I don't think people trust themselves enough to go through these kinds of difficult things so they bail.  When in truth, they just might find the perfect healing to such a sad event.
