    Thanks Dorian - these are really great tips and frankly not so hard to accomplish.  It really is so important for Caregivers to stay healthy - physically and emotionally.  Our Caregiver Center has lots of suggestions that canhelp in addition to your tips.

    You have taken on a huge resposibility. As a caregiver you have to maintain good health. One thing you can do is to get a flu shot.

     

    You can also eat nutritionally sound foods, not smoke, get as much rest as possible, and try to get some mental and physical exercise.

     

    Do not be afraid to take advantage of Adult Day C.

    You need to take a break to help be the best caregiver you can be.
