Having watched my parents age over the past 10 years (and watching my mom die) has caused me to think about what I want my life to be if I live to be 80 (or beyond). This thinking has caused me to reevaluate my daily activities and routines.
So what really works and what doesn't? Thus, The O...

I have goat milk. Figure a way to send it to you and you would now have a source for goat milk. Best raw not paturized. The reason for pasturization begain in the early 1900's when dairies were not kept sanitary like they are now. When milk is pasturized many of the nutrients and calcium included are also distroyed along with the germs that are killed by the heat. As long as the milk is handled properly, you will get so much more benifits from raw milk. The flavor is great and it is not dead food like pasturized milk. Goat milk has smaller fat cells that is why it does not separate the cream like cows millk, thus easier to digest. The United States is about the only country that the main milk source is cows. Goats and sheep supply the majority in most other countries. Anyway thats a little goat trivia for today. I used to have bad bone spurs in my heels and low calcium is the cause for this and the store milk I always bought sure wasn't doing its job. When I got my goats and started drinking the milk I noticed my feet feeling much better and I've been drinking it for 6 months now and I have no more pain in my feet. The pain used to be so bad, there were days that I could barely walk. Just another benefit from goats milk. Anyway that's that.
