    This can't be stressed often enough. Getting the legal work done early is vital. There are enough problems as we roll through our aging process without everyone worrying that there is no one to take over the bill paying and other duties. Also, if a person gets too far into dementia, he or she may get paranoid about doing the right things. The earlier the better.
