    I wrote that message that I thought you should have let your mother die. I understand a little more now that you have explained about your father. Your mother sounds like a really wonderful unselfish woman. I don't think I could have been that noble I would STILL have wanted to go. You have had a very hard time, I am sure it has been difficult for you. I am an old woman with not many years to live, my daughter, I know, is going to feel terrible when I die, we are such good friends. I wish you the best. Sincerely, MollieBee@earthlink.net

    Thank you so much for your response. As you know, making these important decisions isn't easy - and it always seems there are other factors that play into the decisions. I know your daughter someday will face the difficult choices that I'm currently facing in trying to honor a beloved mother's wishes and also helping family members work through the trauma of illness and the pain of losing their loved one. My mom was (and is) a special woman. I will miss her greatly. I know your daughter feels the same way.
