    Happy New Year Jacqueline and thanks so much for your post. 

     

    I really enjoyed reading your thoughts on this topic.  I can see clearly how we all might apply this to our daily lives .  Just stop for a few seconds to consider why something is being said and we'll have a better feeling (hopefully) about the response we might make.

     

    I also agree with you on trying to let things roll off a bit more.  Sound advice.  Thanks so much.
