Friday, December 12, 2008 at 10:48 PMAlzheimers is so common in the elderly of my fathers generation, he is now 75 yrs. old. Remember back in the days when Soda Pop was in a bottle as well as a beer. There were no aluminum cans. And the cookware was generally either cast iron or stainless. Then in the 70s came the alum. cans etc. I strongly fell that is linked as to why the elderly is being hit hard with alzheimers. And it is even starting to affect people as young as 40!!
