medication is great if you take it. My Mom was always forgetting. Last year she took three days at once and it put her in the ER. A Nurse friend of mine told me about MEDQ PIllbox. It is an aa-in-one electronic pill box oraganizer, timer ansd alarm. It beeps and the individual box flashes at the times my Mom set. It has made forgetting impossible. It cost less than 40 doallars but is priceless.
