The Power of Positive Thinking

Keeping a positive outlook is difficult, but keeping hope, your sense of humor and enjoyment of life is so central to making the most of what you have. It's a cliché, but it is one that applies to us all, not just for people with Alzheimer's. Whatever your disease and circumstances, a positive outlook and the enjoyment and appreciation of what you have makes life worth living.
