Is this true? Could this really be possible? Does anyone know when this may take effect? For the first time I feel like a have a little hope for the future.
I'm not sure when it goes into effect, but this is huge for many people. The lawsuit seems to be settled, but legal jargon being what it is, the word "proposed" was used. I'd check regularly with Medicare. If you aren't signed up for MyMedicare yet, it's a good thing to do. Go to www.medicare.gov and you can do that. You can also call your Soc. Sec. office, but sometimes they are behind. The Medicare site has a "what's covered" section, so that's a good way to start. Good luck,
